I’m Amanda. I teach people
how to take care of themselves from the inside out.
What does that mean?
Good question.
It means I help people learn new ways to deal with:
Relationships
Boundaries (with yourself and others!)
How to cope and deal with stress and other “uncomfortable emotions”
How to quiet down that nagging internal self-critic we all have
Identify your needs and learn how to get them met
Unpack what Self-Care means for YOU and create a realistic plan for yourself
Learn about the patterns in your life that are and are not currently working for you (and develop some new patterns that are more effective for the life you want for yourself)
Can you relate to wanting some support in any of these areas? So many of us can!
